Return Policy

Return Policy

At Crafted Timber, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.


Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at patrick@craftedtimber.co. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  3. Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at patrick@craftedtimber.co.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at patrick@craftedtimber.co and follow the instructions provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
